Return Policy
We want our customers to be happy and will gladly offer a refund or replacement if there were fulfillment or other substantive errors on our part.
There are no refunds or returns on correctly fulfilled orders or commissioned art.
If you receive a product you did not order and wish to replace it with the correct item, please notify us within seven (7) days of your purchase. We will evaluate the situation and determine the most fair and expeditious course of action.
If a refund (rather than replacement) is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Receipt of refund depends on the speed of service of your bank or credit card company.
